A qualified solicitor and a chartered surveyor, John previously acted as managing director of Property Loan and Investment Company, a subsidiary of the Bank of Ireland Group. John established Alanis in 1985 and has since led the firm’s growth, development and expansion into various markets. John remains in a part-time advisory capacity.
Previously an Associate Director with a listed Bank, Marcus worked across its property lending divisions in the United Kingdom and with its Irish and international private wealth management divisions. Marcus joined Alanis in 2006 as Managing Director and oversees the company’s asset management contracts. Marcus works between our London and Dublin offices.
Frank is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) who trained with Ernst and Young, Dublin and went on to work with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney, Australia. Frank previously held finance manager roles within the AOL Time Warner group of companies with responsibilities covering divisions in Europe, the US & India gaining significant M&A and negotiation experience. Frank joined Alanis in 2007 and is responsible for finance and operations as well as playing a significant asset management role on specific portfolio assets in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Frank works between our London and Dublin offices.
David is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) who trained with KPMG in Dublin where he worked in team leading roles on the audits of a number of leading property development and investment companies in Ireland and the UK. He has extensive experience in property structuring, property financing and reporting. He joined Alanis in 2007 and currently heads up the companies finance department in addition to overseeing all compliance related matters within the firm.
